I OFFER 30 MINUTE CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASSES. THOSE CLASSES CONSIST OF FAST PACED, HIGH TO MODERATE LEVEL (depending on your fitness level) CIRCUIT TRAINING DONE WITH FREE WEIGHTS, AND CABLE MACHINE EXERCISES. CLASSES ARE APX. 30 MINUTES LONG, THEY INCLUDE A QUICK WARM UP AND COOL DOWN. YOU WILL ME MOVING AND EXERCISING FOR PRETTY MUCH THE ENTIRE CLASS. THESE CLASSES ARE GREAT FOR FULL BODY TRAINING, AND GETTING IN WORKOUTS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY BY MAXIMIZING EVERY MINUTE YOU ARE HERE.
I ALSO OFFER 60 MINUTE, ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSIONS. THESE ARE AT A MORE CONVENTIONAL PACE. EACH SESSION IS PRECISELY PLANNED AND TIMED TO MAXIMIZE YOUR TIME WITH ME. THESE LONGER SESSIONS ARE GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL CHALLENGES (arthritis, diabetes, obesity, ect)
I HAVE EXPERIANCE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL CHALLENGES LIKE ARTHRITIS, DIABETES, FIBROMYALGIA. ALSO WITH PEOPLE WITH JOINT INJURIES, OR SPORT RELATED INJURIES. I AM ABLE TO HELP YOU REHABILITATE ANY INJURIES OR TEND TO YOUR BODY WITH PHYSICAL THERAPY MOVEMENTS AND OR EXERCISES.
I HAVE EXPERIANCE WORKING WITH SENIOR CITIZENS, YOUTH, MEN, AND WOMEN. FITNESS IS SOMETHING ALMOST EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE IN. PEOPLE ESPECIALLY FIND MY PRIVATE SETTING ATTRACTIVE.
